General Information

Falkenstein is located right in the middle between the cities Brno and Vienna, close to the road number E 461.

The village, especially its old stone pit, is therefore most suited for our project. Since the party is likely to last until late in the night, we propose you stay over night. There is a camping ground at the festival site or for those who like more comfort, a couple of bed and breakfasts in the village nearby. Camping will be possible all weekend.

We recommend you to arrive by car or train. The closest train station is Laa an der Thaya, which is about 10 kilometers away from the festival site. From there you can take the bus to Falkenstein. Please check the Homepage of the OEBB (Austrian railway company) for their services (e.g. time table information). If you require a lift from there please contact our partners responsible for the shuttleservice: Taxi Schiefer.

If you are coming by car and have space for more passengers, please send us an email and let us know, so we can pass this information on to others who like to join in with you.

We will place signs in Falkenstein to show you the way to the festival-site/stone-pit.
